We reply with questions
Usually within one business day, and usually with the specific taxonomy and guideline questions your task raises. If the answer is that we are not the right fit, you will get that instead.

NDA, then a data sample
A mutual NDA before anything sensitive moves. A representative sample — including the messy parts — tells us far more than a specification does.

A scoped pilot
We draft the guideline, annotate a small batch, and report measured agreement on it. Production sizing and pricing follow from what that pilot measures.

None of this is required. Each item removes a round trip.
- What the model should be able to do that it currently cannot.
- The data type and roughly how much of it there is.
- The output format your training pipeline expects.
- Whether the work has to happen inside your environment.
- Any deadline you are working against, and what drives it.
- Whether the subject matter needs professional rather than linguistic judgment.
